A lil' "pick-me-up"...

...sometimes that is what I need when I start to take down all the Christmas decorations. You know how everything looks kinda of sad and lonely without all the pretty lights everywhere. So, I saw these sweet lil' lime green pots with healthy foliage at Wal-mart yesterday on clearance for $5.00. Just what I needed for a lil' "pick-me-up".
And it didn't hurt that my friend Janet brought me some yummy treats today called "putting on the ritz". Thanks for brightening my day!
Everybody have a blessed New Years!

We can all use a little 'pick me up' once in a while. I like the plants in the pots... but I would have to have artifical because I'm not the best with live plants. lol

Those are so cute. I never find anything that good at Walmart.
I usually start a big redo project on my home after Christmas. When I take down decorations, it looks so empty.

Happy New Year Cathy. Putting on the ritz, I am not sure what kind of treat that would be, care to share? I am not sure why I am asking, like I need another treat! We always have way too much!
