Happy Derby Weekend!

It's Derby Weekend here (The Kentucky Derby - greatest two minutes in sporting events)! Hope you are able to watch the excitement.

We will be busy at the greenhouse - everyone thinks it is "safe" to plant after Derby Day - meaning no more frost we hope.

So I hope everybody has a great weekend - get out and get your hands dirty!
Happy Planting!

Hope you have a busy but nice weekend. Hope your not getting all the rain we've been hit with here in Missouri.

Take Care,

Yesterday was like a big DERBY day for us at the greenhouse......we packed up 400 carts to go to market! That works out to about 16 Semi truck loads full of bedding plants :)

I need an ADVIL!

Boy oh boy did I watch the Derby...It was the most exciting thing I've seen in a while.
I would love to see it in person one day, especially so I could have an excuse to wear a big, frilly hat! :)

I happened to watch the Derby, very exciting race this year. We usually wait until after Memorial Day to plant our annuals. I am not that patient and I have already planted a few pansies, they are very hardy, they should do just fine. I want to look out my windows and see color!
