Welcome Fall!

Well, it's not here jus' yet - but it won't be long. As you can see - we are beginning to switch things over - changin' gears I guess you could say. Just so all my "locals" know, we have our mums, millet, asters and ornamental cabbage and kale ready to go. A couple of more weeks and the pumpkins and gourds will be just right for pickin' and I'll be pulling some more Indian Corn today - we've already started and it is beautiful.

Oh, and I haven't forgotten - I told you all I'd be giving away some fall ornaments and I'm gonna on the next post. That will be POST #100!!!! So it will be the perfect way to celebrate plus I'll give you the super easy instructions so you can make them at home as well! Sounds like lots of fun this week. Going to have to have my computer worked on this week - so if you miss me for a couple of days - that's why. But I'll be back - so check back to enter for your chance to win my first blog giveaway!!!

Everyone have a splendid start to your week!
Blessings,
Cathy Cobblestone

  3. I love your fall display. When I first clicked on your blog and the orange came up instead of yellow I knew there was going to be a change. It looks great (as does everything you do). What is it about fall that is so exciting to everyone? I am starting my decorating also. Can't wait to see your give-away.

  19. Cathy! I love your page. I just came across your comment to me back in July about the cushaws. I made a cushaw pie with it and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! I didn't grow it wild but bought it at the farmer's market. I will be adding your page to mine. I am still learning how to do all this and keep up with blogs. lol.
