Outside today...

...more snow. And it was soooo windy and cold but inside...
the greenhouse - seedlings are growing and it was time for transplanting...
geraniums - 1,000 today - with some help from our lil' man...

...but I have to say as much as I love the snow - and I truly do - I'm looking forward to when that geranium Casen is holding looks like this...
Aren't you?
Have a great week everybody!
Cathy

  4. I for one can not wait for warm weather and sunshine!!! As a girl raised in the south, all this cold weather and snow is more than I can deal with. We aren't getting deep pretty snow that is fun to play in; we have scattered snow flurries that thaw then freeze as ice on the roads and make life miserable if you go out. We are all getting stir crazy down here. Stay warm!

  9. Can I please come hang out in the greenhouse? !
I am SO over all the snow !
I promise... working in a greenhouse would be heavenly... the smell of the dirt and the warmth would be so welcome after the long, long winter that we have had here in Utah.
    Have a great day!

  14. Wow Cathy! I love love love geraniums. We used to have our kids plant before and after school...thousands of broccoli and cauliflower plants. Then do farmer's markets on weekends. We always paid them...they were faster than hired hands! hahaha....they are grown and they all know how to work. Casen will be a hard worker when he grows up.
Great post...enjoy your blog and your posts!
    Blessings,
    Debbie

  18. Hi Cathy, I love your blog and all the cute things you make. You inspire me. I was wondering if you minded telling me how you make your bracelets. I have some old vintage pins and earrings I want to make a bracelet with but not sure how to attach them to the metal bracelet. Thanks for your help!

  22. Hi Cathy, I THINK I may have just found you! There are so many great blogs out there I have a hard time keeping track of who is who! From you picture, we could live in the same area! Even our pastor said he was sick of the weather and complained for about 5 mins. during the sermon..I think it led to his point! :) Anyway, we are going through seed catalogs and longing for digging in the dirt.

I see you have a store! I have a home based silk floral business and had a store for a bit.

    Nice to meet you!
