It's Derby Weekend here (The Kentucky Derby - greatest two minutes in sporting events)! Hope you are able to watch the excitement.
We will be busy at the greenhouse - everyone thinks it is "safe" to plant after Derby Day - meaning no more frost we hope.
So I hope everybody has a great weekend - get out and get your hands dirty!
Happy Planting!
Cathy

I am so ready for geraniums !! I love that hanging basket.
ReplyDeleteYesterday was like a big DERBY day for us at the greenhouse......we packed up 400 carts to go to market! That works out to about 16 Semi truck loads full of bedding plants :)
ReplyDeleteI need an ADVIL!
wish I could be out in the dirt we are having Texas Thunderstorms this weekend...poor Dallas Cowboys training building collapsed in Valley Ranch had injuries
ReplyDeleteI love the flowers on your posts, doesn't matter what type they are they are always just beautiful:)

Boy oh boy did I watch the Derby...It was the most exciting thing I've seen in a while.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see it in person one day, especially so I could have an excuse to wear a big, frilly hat! :)

I happened to watch the Derby, very exciting race this year. We usually wait until after Memorial Day to plant our annuals. I am not that patient and I have already planted a few pansies, they are very hardy, they should do just fine. I want to look out my windows and see color!
